Vishal Singh is faculty member in the Marketing department @ Stern School Business, NYU. His general research interests lie in the domain of Data Driven Business Strategies, with a focus on database marketing, customer management, retail competition, and empirical industrial organization. His more recent work focuses on leveraging large databases to generate psychological insights and guide policies in public health.
He has published articles in several scholarly journals including Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research, Management Science, Psychological Science and Quantitative Marketing and Economics. His work has been highlighted in several popular press articles such as the Wall Street Journal, Slate, Huffington Post, Forbes, Salon, and San Francisco Chronicle.
